About Nusa Bag & Co.
Nusa Bag & Co. brings industrial production volume and artisanal pattern drafting into one dedicated workshop. Our work starts with the details of each bag: how it carries, how it closes, and how it is made to last.

Workshop standards
Every sample is checked against the specification before it moves forward. Stitch density, seam allowance, and load points are reviewed on the workbench, so the finished bag matches the pattern it was drafted from.
Our pattern-making team works from measured drawings and material tests. Material choices are documented, so clients can see what was specified, what was sampled, and what was approved for production.
How we work
Each custom project moves through the same clear stages, so technical decisions are made before production begins.
Stage one
Initial samples test silhouette, fit, and closure placement against the intended use before any production run is planned.
Stage two
Approved patterns are recorded as digital files, keeping sizing and seam details consistent from one sample round to the next.
Stage three
Finished pieces are checked for stitch integrity, hardware strength, and dimensional accuracy before they are approved.
